On the way home my pager went off for a small outside fire, that was in between work and home. So I headed that way to see if I can offer any assistance. The fire was confined to an area about 200’x100′, and about 600 gallons of water was used. The only loss of property was an small, unused well pump house. It appears the fire was started from the remnants of a burn barrel used the previous day.

Well, I haven’t gotten out much the last couple days due to this sickness I’ve been fighting, but Sandra hollered at me about the sunset. So I took the chance to go outside and look at that gorgeous sunset! The purples, pinks, and grays were awesome….the hues were dark and rich. These pictures do the sunset no justice…
